Remedy for Viral Infection
Fighting Viral infection
Viral
infection sometimes dangerous and is life threatening. Recently, I had a
viral infection and I felt it is something unusual. I went to ER and
they gave Tylenol and advised me to drink fluids. They even did not
perform any blood or urine test. I heard stories that some patients died
within a week. Make it short, if you feel you have severe viral
infection, Please read this blog carefully.
Arrange the following items handy
· Thermometer
· 200 mg Ibuprofile
· 500 mg Tylenon
· Ginger Ale
· Spring water
· Orange juice
· Fresh Oranges
· Ginger
· Lemon
· Honey
· Tea in leaves
Stage 1
Measure your
body temperature every 4 hours, if the temperature is above 102 F, take 2
Tylenol or 2 Ibuprofile every 4 hours alternate. Make sure you drink
half glass of orange juice or ginger ale alternate every 30 minutes.
Since body is fighting against the virus, drink only fluids .Once the
body temperature goes below 102 F at least for a day, you are improving.
Some cases you may need 2 to 3 days to control the fever. If your body
temperature falls below 102 F, then you are in Stage 2. Take bath in
lukewarm water at least 2 times a day.
If the body temperature never stable and unable to control, you may need to consult a doctor immediately or go to ER.
Stage 2
You may need
to take one Ibuprofile every 4 or 6 hours, try to avoid Tylenol. Drink a
glass of Ginger ale or Orange Juice every hour alternate. Also you can
drink hot soup only liquid portion. Make sure the Soup is hot enough. I
consumed boiled rice with hot water. I added Lemon pickle to add some
Vitamin C. Also you can eat fresh Oranges. After one or 2 days, you may
feel improvement. If your temperature is not going up above 101 F, then
you are moving to Stage 3. Take bath in lukewarm water one or two times.
Stage 3
In this stage,
your body needs some Vitamin C to fight against the virus. You may need
to drink Lemon/Ginger tea 3 times a day. The way to make tea is, pour
tea leaves in boiled hot water, add sliced pieces of Ginger into tea.
Leave the tea boiling for 4 minutes. Turn off the stove; add 2 slices of
lemon into tea. Keep it for 4 minutes then Pour the tea using a filter
into a drinking cup. Add 1 tea spoon of honey into tea. You may need to
drink tea 3 times of a day. Also eat fresh Oranges, drink enough spring
water. Also you can eat light hot foods like vegetable soup. Also you
need to expose to fresh air and take bath in lukewarm water. If your
body temperature falls below 100 F, then you are moving to Stage 4.
Stage 4
Your body
fever is under control, it needs energy to put the digestion system in
normal. You can eat lots of fresh fruits, drink Spring water,
lemon/Ginger/honey tea if needed. Also you can eat normal food, make
sure the quantity is just half of your normal quantity. Once you feel
that your body is back to normal, you can increase the quantity of food.
Make sure you are eating protein rich foods. Avoid fries, fried foods,
frozen foods, cold Sand witches and oily foods. After a day you body
should be back to normal and you can go back to normal work. In a severe
case, you may need a week for the complete recovery.

Remedy for Cough
Cure for Dry Cough
Cough always comes after influenza or sore throat or fever. Fever will disappear after two or three days but dry cough will remain for weeks. Even if you consume Codeine or cough suppressant, sometimes cough becomes worse. I found a remedy which can cure annoying dry cough. Cough causes chest pain and it annoys others and difficult to go for work.
Take
small piece of Ginger, slice into tiny pieces, make it wet and squeeze
it get juice. You need a minimum a tea spoon of Ginger juice. Also you
need a tea spoon of black pepper powder. Cut a piece of banana into a
bowl, and mix it with Ginger juice and black pepper powder. The mixture
will be in semi liquid form and add a tea spoon of honey into it and mix
it thoroughly. Consume one spoon of the mixture every 3 hours followed
by half glass of lukewarm water.You may need a day or two for the
complete recovery.
